Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 13 May 2026
Our commitment
Hazell Dean Offical aims to be accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We want visitors to be able to use the website in a way that works for them.
Accessibility standards
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice, including readable text, clear structure, keyboard-friendly navigation, meaningful links, suitable colour contrast and helpful alternative text where images need it.
What you should be able to do
You should be able to zoom, navigate with a keyboard, use screen reader technology, understand headings and links, and read content without unnecessary barriers.
Known limitations
Some older content, embedded third-party content, PDFs, images or media may not yet meet the same accessibility standard. We are working to improve this where practical.
Feedback and contact
If you find an accessibility issue or need content in another format, please contact us at info@hazelldean.com. Please tell us which page you were using and what barrier you found.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility as the website develops and aim to make improvements whenever new content, features or design changes are added.
